The meeting was opened by David C. at 7:30 PM.
The minutes were not read because they had been e-mailed to members. A motion to accept the minutes as received was made by Dean B. and 2nd by Calvin C. Motion passed.

Treasurers Report:

On hand checking $1032.69.

New members were welcomed:

Old Business:

Flying field privy repairs progressing.

New Business:

1. Fun Fly scheduled Saturday, August 25. Todd H. says more info forthcoming.
2. A suggestion was put forth to designate Wednesday evenings, 6 PM, as a fly time at the field for all who want to fly. It's a good idea and was accepted by the members.
3. David C reminded us that we have two great trainers with buddy boxes at the field for use
4. The meeting was adjourned at 8 PM. Motioned by Steve B. and 2nd by Richard P.
